This program focuses on three outcomes: Attendance, School Climate and Family Engagement. PHR oversees the operation of Community Resource Schools at Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Elementary/Middle School, Arlington Elementary/Middle School, and Pimlico Elementary/Middle School.

STEM Achievement in Baltimore Elementary Schools (SABES) is an NSF funded collaboration between Baltimore City Public Schools and Johns Hopkins University to improve educational outcomes in STEM disciplines in Baltimore.
