At 1,500 acres, the Park Heights Master Plan area is the largest redevelopment effort in Maryland’s history. Our boundaries are Northern Parkway to the North, Greenspring Avenue to the East, Wabash Avenue to the West and Druid Park Drive to the South.
PHR works collaboratively with residents, public and private partners to facilitate development of successful and sustainable housing solutions for renters and homeowners alike with the goal of creating community where people want to live, work, play, and stay.
