The ENOUGH Initiative in Park Heights

ENOUGH stands for Engaging Neighborhoods, Organizations, Unions, Governments,
and Households.

The ENOUGH Initiative is a statewide effort led by Governor Wes Moore and administered by the Governor’s Office for Children. It supports community-led solutions to address concentrated childhood poverty and barriers to economic mobility. In Park Heights, we are putting that vision into action.

What Is PHR’s Role?

As an ENOUGH implementation partner, Park Heights Renaissance serves as a community quarterback, helping align partners, resources, and investments around the needs and priorities of Park Heights.
PHR works to strengthen collaboration, identify gaps, connect opportunities, and help move shared community priorities from planning to action.

Our work is guided by six interconnected pillars:

Through ENOUGH, PHR is helping advance the systems and partnerships that support children and families while creating transformative pathways to opportunity across Park Heights.

Collaboration over competition. Community voice at the center. Collective impact.
