Please send all requests to communicatsion@phrmd.org and a member of the team will reply within 48 hours.
As a trusted connector for over 25,000 residents, PHR intentionally shares events that inspire engagement, participation, and community impact. We are not simply a promotional platform—we are strategic in how we amplify opportunities across Park Heights and beyond. To ensure consistency and alignment, all events must meet the following criteria before being shared:

  • Geographic Relevance
Event must take place within the Park Heights Master Plan area or within the 1-mile radius. (Plan Attached)
  • Alignment with PHR Values & Collective Impact Approach

Event should support or connect to one or more areas of PHR’s Collective Impact model (e.g., community wellness and safety, workforce development, education, housing, business or community leadership).

  • Community Benefit
Event should demonstrate a clear benefit to the Park Heights community (e.g., access to resources, education, services, cultural enrichment, or economic opportunity).
  • Complete & Accurate Event Details
    All submissions must include:
    1. Event name
    2. Date and time
    3. Full location (including address)
    4. Hosting organization
  • Valid Registration or Contact Information

Registration link, RSVP link, or contact info must be active and accurate
Links must direct users to the correct event page

  • QR Code Accessibility
If a QR code is included, a direct clickable link must also be provided (QR codes cannot be accessed via social media platforms)
  • Fundraiser Guidelines
    • Fundraisers may be shared only if proceeds directly benefit community programs or service accessible to residents
    • Fundraisers solely benefiting an individual, private entity, or closed group will not be shared
    • PHR may recommend aligned organizations for partnership to meet eligibility
  • PHR will not share events that fall into the following categories:
    • Personal celebrations (e.g., birthday parties, private gatherings)
    • Events not affiliated with a partner organization or community initiative
    • Real estate promotions (e.g., for sale, open houses, agent marketing events)
    • Political campaign events or candidate-specific promotion
If any required information is missing or unclear, the Communications team will follow up with the event organizer before determining eligibility.

Disclaimer
PHR reserves the right to decline sharing events that may pose safety concerns, reputational risk, or conflict with community standards. Submission of an event does not guarantee promotion. Final decisions are made by the Communications department based on alignment and capacity.
