Who We Are

Park Heights Renaissance (PHR) is a 501(c)(3) community development organization leading revitalization efforts in Park Heights– the largest and most complex communities in Maryland. Serving over 22,000 residents across 12 neighborhoods, PHR uses a holistic Collective Impact approach to align resources and strategies that strengthen people and place. Guided by the Park Heights Master Plan and through partnership, resident voice, and collective action, PHR works alongside residents, community leaders, public agencies, private partners, and institutions to create lasting opportunities in housing, economic and workforce development, education, and neighborhood investment.
Serving as a trusted connector and community quarterback, our work is rooted in the belief that a thriving Park Heights is built together: through collaboration, shared vision, measurable progress, and a deep commitment to creating a sustainable, equitable community where families, businesses, and future generations can thrive.
