The Loyola Northway project is a transformative phased development plan that includes renovation of the 2600 block of Loyola Northway. In its current phase, three of a twelve-unit plan have been completed. The first unit has been sold at market rate, two are under contract, and a fourth is coming soon. The remaining eight units are under various stages of construction with a projected completion date in Summer of 2022
3025 W. Cold Spring Lane, Baltimore, MD. Construction will take approximately 24 months due to deep foundations needed due to soils. Leasing will begin immediately upon completion. Total Budget: $44,500,000.00
