The Loyola Northway project is a transformative phased development plan that includes renovation of the 2600 block of Loyola Northway. In its current phase, three of a twelve-unit plan have been completed. The first unit has been sold at market rate, two are under contract, and a fourth is coming soon. The remaining eight units are under various stages of construction with a projected completion date in Summer of 2022
