Due to an overwhelming response to the home repair grant initiative for Cylburn and Levindale-Sunset neighborhoods, the application period closed on Friday, August 4th at 10:00 a.m.
Please join us for an information and technical assistance session for home repair grants for eligible homeowners in the 2500 Block of Loyola Northway, Cylburn, and Levindale-Sunset neighborhoods. To be eligible, you must own and occupy your home as your principal residence. Applications may be completed and submitted on-site.
Requirements:
- Deed to your home (we can assist if you don’t have it)
- Two proof of residency documents (state ID, water bill, utility bill, homeowners’ insurance policy, etc.)
Optional:
- Photos of needed repairs
- Contractor’s estimates
