On May 12, 2026, Park Heights Renaissance proudly celebrated the official opening of the Park Heights Main Street Office, located at 4400 Park Heights Avenue. This milestone marks a major step forward for the Park Heights corridor, our business community, and the continued revitalization of one of Baltimore’s most historic and active commercial districts.
This celebration comes during an exciting year for Park Heights Main Street, which is now recognized as a Main Street America Accredited™ program as of 2026. This premier recognition reflects a proven commitment to the Main Street Approach, including small business support, historic preservation, economic vitality, inclusive community engagement, and sustainable corridor planning. Through this accreditation, Park Heights Main Street is also connected to specialized technical assistance, professional training, and funding opportunities through the Main Street America network and Main Street Maryland.

The opening of the Park Heights Main Street Office represents more than a new physical space. It is a renewed investment in the Park Heights Main Street corridor and a visible commitment to strengthening the businesses, partners, and community anchors that help our community thrive.
As Park Heights continues to grow, this office will serve as a central hub for connection, collaboration, and economic development. It will help expand support for local businesses while creating more opportunities to connect vendors, service providers, community partners, and residents to the resources needed to move the corridor forward.

The ribbon cutting also highlighted two of Park Heights Renaissance’s most recent economic development initiatives: Quarterly Business Solutions Lab and Elevate Park Heights.
Through the Quarterly Business Solutions Lab, Park Heights Renaissance is creating space for business owners to access tools, information, and direct support that help address real-time needs and long-term growth opportunities. From technical assistance to partner connections, the lab is designed to help businesses strengthen their operations and better position themselves for success.
Elevate Park Heights builds on that momentum by bringing together qualified vendors, service providers, and community partners to support safety, beautification, economic revitalization, and long-term corridor growth. This initiative was birthed from PHR’s RFQ released October 2026 and we have since identified a pool of vendors ready to pilot the revitalization of the Main Street corridor. All part of our collective commitment to creating a cleaner, more vibrant, and economically strong Park Heights Main Street.
Please contact businessengagement@phrmd.org for more information on these programs and how you can get involved and continue amplifying economic development in Park Heights.

The opening of the Park Heights Main Street Office is an exciting step in the work already underway, and a clear sign of what is possible when investment, partnership, and community vision come together.
