Park Heights Renaissance (PHR) is pleased to announce the appointment of Wendi Redfern-Curtis as Chief Strategy and Implementation Officer. In this pivotal role, Redfern-Curtis will play a key part in driving strategic initiatives, assessing organizational goals for alignment with regional and state initiatives, and ensuring effective implementation of the Park Heights Master Plan, the largest urban renewal plan in Maryland.

With over 25 years of experience in community development, affordable housing development, and organizational change management, Ms. Redfern-Curtis’ expertise and leadership will help define and strengthen implementation activities to further drive economic growth and prosperity in the Park Heights community. Prior to her return to Baltimore, Ms. Redfern-Curtis worked as the Senior Vice President of Single-Family Lending at the District of Columbia’s Housing Finance Agency and previously served Baltimore as Deputy Commissioner at Baltimore Housing and Community Development and other nonprofit leadership roles including Director of Operations at Rebuild Metro.
