Park Heights Renaissance was proud to serve as a Momentum Sponsor of The NHP Foundation and Operation Pathways’ 2026 Gala, celebrating the people, partnerships, and programs that support affordable housing and opportunities for residents.
The NHP Foundation, a member of PHR’s Developers Network, works to create and preserve affordable housing. Through Operation Pathways, residents can access programs focused on Academic Achievement, Financial Stability, Healthier Living, and Aging in Place. These services help individuals and families pursue their goals with support available where they live.
The gala highlighted the connection between stable housing and access to resources that help residents thrive. It also brought attention to the role that partners and supporters play in sustaining resident services and expanding opportunities within affordable housing communities.
