Park Heights Main Street

Supporting Local Business. Growing Park Heights.

Park Heights Main Street supports local businesses, encourages entrepreneurship, and helps create a stronger, more vibrant commercial corridor.
Officially designated in May 2024, Park Heights became Baltimore City’s ninth Main Street district, joining a citywide network focused on strengthening neighborhood business districts and supporting small businesses.
The Main Street designation creates opportunities for business development, technical assistance, marketing and promotion, beautification, storefront improvements, community events, and investment.

At its core, Park Heights Main Street is about creating a corridor where businesses can grow, entrepreneurs can find opportunity, residents can shop locally, and the community can continue to invest in its future.

What Is PHR’s Role?

Park Heights Renaissance manages the Main Street program by connecting businesses with the people, resources, technical assistance, and opportunities they need to grow. These resources are designed to increase business visibility, support improvements along the corridor, and attract new investment.
Through this work, we want to make sure that local businesses and entrepreneurs are not just seeing the changes happening in Park Heights but are part of them and have opportunities to benefit from them.

Here are a few ways we support businesses and revitalize the corridor:

Supporting local entrepreneurs with practical tools, technical assistance, and resources to help businesses grow, strengthen operations, and build long-term sustainability. Registration opens for Park Heights businesses each quarter

Advancing the vision for a stronger Park Heights commercial corridor through strategic planning, business support, and a request for qualifications (RFQ) process to identify partners for future Main Street development. The RFQ closed in October 2025, and we are now mobilizing the qualified vendor pool to begin phase one of the Main Street Revitalization project. More details will be provided soon.
