Park Heights Renaissance was proud to be represented at the 2026 Main Street Maryland Conference in Downtown Hagerstown by Kristina Williams, Director of Business & Economic Development and Interim Park Heights Main Street Manager.
During her session, “Accelerating Revitalization: A New Model for Community Driven Investment,” Kristina discussed how community priorities, strategic partnerships and intentional investment can work together to move neighborhood revitalization forward.

At Park Heights Renaissance, this work continues through our Business & Economic Development and Park Heights Main Street programs. These efforts support local entrepreneurs, connect businesses with resources, strengthen the commercial corridor and help ensure residents and neighborhood businesses remain part of the growth happening in Park Heights.
Kristina’s participation brought the Park Heights perspective into an important statewide conversation about creating vibrant commercial districts and building stronger communities through locally informed investment.
We extend a special thank you to the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, the Maryland Economic Development Association and the City of Hagerstown for creating an opportunity for Main Street leaders from across Maryland to exchange ideas, share successful approaches and build connections.
We are proud to see Park Heights represented in conversations shaping the future of Maryland’s Main Streets.
