Park Heights Renaissance is planning ahead to better understand the resources needed to support the programs, services and community priorities that move Park Heights forward. As part of this process, partners and organizations are invited to complete the Implementation Spending Plan to help PHR identify current needs, funding gaps and future investment opportunities.

The Implementation Spending Plan will help PHR better understand what it takes to strengthen and sustain work across our six Collective Impact pillars:
- Community Wellness & Safety Collaborative
- Workforce Development Coalition
- Education/Out-of-School Network
- Developers Network
- Main Street & Commercial Revitalization
- Community Leadership & Advocacy Council
Through this process, PHR is gathering information about program costs, current funding, community needs, funding gaps and the resources required for successful implementation in the years ahead.
We also encourage you to share this opportunity with organizations doing meaningful work in the Park Heights community so we can better understand the full range of programs, services and resources already supporting residents.
As the community quarterback, PHR’s role is to help connect effective ideas and programs to the support needed to grow their impact. That support may take many forms, including strategic funding, cultivating partnerships that increase capacity, and connecting partners to resources that can help expand services and reach more residents. The information gathered through the Implementation Spending Plan will help us identify where additional investment may be needed and how funding, partnerships and other resources can be better aligned to support stronger outcomes for Park Heights residents.
Please note: Completing an Implementation Spending Plan does not guarantee funding or compensation. Any future funding opportunities will depend on available resources, eligibility requirements and final funding decisions.
For questions or assistance with the Implementation Spending Plan, please contact Wade Carver at wcarver@phrmd.org.
Our goal is to build a clearer picture of what is needed to move community priorities from planning to implementation and better position Park Heights for future investment and impact.
